Michelle Fizer is a welcomed energetic addition to Miami's market ratings winner, Deco Drive on Fox Channel- 7. As a television Entertainment Reporter Michelle makes it her business to know the who's who in Hollywood. Formerly the "411" Entertainment Reporter for south Florida's Hot 105.1- FM, she is also known for faithfully informing listeners each week day morning about what's going on, in and around town, from celebrities to the party scene, with her reports in the Tom Joyner morning show. Michelle has been the columnist of "Celebrity Buzz" for Miami's award winning, "Miami Metro magazine." And her work has been published for a namesake column, "10 Minutes In The Spotlight With Michelle Fizer" seen in "The Village Griot magazine" and "Embrace Magazine," where she also acted as Entertainment Editor. Born in Washington, D.C., Michelle attended Oberlin Conservatory and received her Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, with a minor in Music from Howard University in 1993. In fact, it was her love for music that moved her to get into radio. The first stop was Z 93 Jamz, WWWZ-FM, in Charleston, South Carolina, Co-hosing "The Breakfast Club" morning show and teaming up with the Tom Joyner morning show for news on sister station, COAST, 101.7-FM. In 1997 Michelle came to Miami Florida's WEDR-FM, 99Jamz, where she eventually held down the Midday D.J. spot until her most recent move back to Tom Joyner's morning show, but this time, on number l-rated station WHQT, HOT 105-FM, in Miami. At the time, Michelle's smooth voice could be heard regularly as an Announcer~ on "The Box Worldwide" music television.Michelle also enjoys a career as an Actress. Her most memorable part was playing the lead role in an episode of "America's Most Wanted," shot on location in Miami.

She is the President and C.E.O of her own Communications company, "In The Spotlight, Inc." Michelle is happily married to WTVJ, NBC-6 Sports Anchor, Guy Rawlings.

 

Guy Rawlings anchors the sportscasts for the weekend editions of NBC 6 news at 6 p.m. He also hosts Saturday Sports Final, the NBC 6 High School Sports Show and regularly contributes to Sunday Sports Final.

In addition, he files reports for NBC 6 News weekday newscasts. Guy Rawlings came to NBC 6 in December 1996 as a weekly sports reporter. Rawlings' duties also included anchoring the weekday sportscast for the WB 39 News at 10 p.m. He came to NBC 6 from WCBD in Charleston, SC, where he worked for two years as the weekend sports anchor, co-hosted a high school football show and contributed reports for the weekday news shows. One of Rawlings' feature stories won a regional award from the Associated Press. He cultivated his on-air broadcasting career at WBFF, the FOX affiliate in Baltimore, as a feature sports reporter. He also worked at WJKS in Jacksonville, Fla. for a year in a similar capacity.

His well-rounded television career began two years prior, as a photojournalist at the ABC affiliate in Gainesville, after graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications with an emphasis in operations. Rawlings and his wife Michelle live in Pembroke Pines.
