Chandra D. Russell, a graduate of the University of Miami (’96 Bachelor of Science in Criminology). Chandra is currently working as a Paralegal of the State Attorney’s Office, Sexual Battery/Children and Special Needs Unit.
Chandra is dedicated to helping those less fortunate and works closely with organizations within her community that endorse the advancement of our youth.
Chandra is one of the first members of Millennium Movers, and shares in its vision.
